Overview

An exe.dev bill has two parts:

  • Your plan's subscription. A fixed monthly price, paid in advance for the month ahead.
  • Metered usage. Disk and outbound bandwidth beyond your allowance, standalone VMs, and on Work, pool capacity beyond what's included. Billed at the end of each cycle at the rates on exe.dev/pricing.

An active subscription is needed to create and manage VMs.

Plans

Every plan gives you a block of CPU and memory that your VMs share, not a fixed size per VM. One VM can use all of it, or many smaller VMs can split it.

  • Personal is for one account. You choose one capacity, from 2 to 16 vCPU, that all of your VMs share. It costs $15 to $155 per month.
  • Work is for teams. It has a minimum spend of $150/month for the whole team and includes 4 vCPU / 8 GB of pool capacity. More capacity is metered by the hour.
  • Enterprise has custom limits and dedicated hardware, priced by contract.

Shelley credit

Personal, Work, and Enterprise don't include a monthly Shelley credit. Buy credits at exe.dev/user/shelley.

Individual and Team subscribers

Individual and Team plans are no longer sold. If billing plan shows one, see Individual plan or Team plan.
